Win A Critique!

Marcia Hoehne, an Institute of Children's Literature instructor, is hosting an April Critique Giveaway. Go to Marcia's blog for a chance to win a critique of the first 1000 words of your children's story, chapter book, middle grade novel, or YA novel. But do it fast-- the contest is open for submissions for just three days (April 15, 16, and 17).

I like your profile comment: never too old for a YA novel. This is my favorite genre too, next to memoir. I just found you through several linkings, and glad I did. I'm blogging partly because I have a contracted novel that is scheduled for summer 2010 publication, and blogging is an excellent way to make contacts with writers whose books you might like to buy/read. Good luck with your search for an agent! It isn't an easy road.
